What makes Rivet Rivet

Built for the trades, and only the trades.

Rivet carries a trade business from the first call to the final invoice. Here is what we believe, and how we are different.

01

We answer the phone, so you don’t lose the job

Most jobs are lost before you know they exist — the caller just dials the next number. Rivet picks up in your name, day or night, and the call you would have missed comes back as a lead with the quote already drafted.

02

One price, everything in it

One flat price a month. No add-ons, no features held back for a higher tier, no per-use charges creeping onto the bill. What you start at is what you pay, and it does not go up while you are with us.

03

We don’t take a cut of your money

When your customer pays, the money is yours. Card processing costs what the processor charges and nothing more — we add no markup and take no percentage of the work you did. We are not in the middle of your money; we just move it.

04

We don’t have a sales team

No one here is paid to chase you or talk you into a bigger plan. You find us, you try it, you decide. Because there is no one selling you, the product has to earn its place every month — so that is where the work goes, into the tool, not the pitch.

05

Fewer things, done properly

We would rather do the handful of things you use every day than a hundred you never touch. Every feature has to earn its keep. If it does not make a real day better, it does not ship.

06

The clever part stays out of the way

The smart machinery runs in the background — drafting the quote, catching the double-booking, writing up the call. You see a tool that just works, not a science project. We do not put it in your face, and we never put it in front of your customer.

07

We never make you repeat yourself

If Rivet already knows something — the customer, the address, the price — it fills it in. You entered it once. That is enough. Your customers should never be asked twice either.

08

Built for the driveway, not the desk

Quotes get sent at a red light and invoices at the kitchen table. So every screen is built for a phone in one hand first, and a desk second.

09

Your work is yours

Your customers, your prices, your photos — they belong to your business. We never sell them, never show them to another business, and never use them to train anything. You can take them with you any time.

10

Plain words, honest numbers

We talk to you the way you talk to a customer at the door: straight, calm, no pressure. The price is the price, on its own page, in plain figures. No countdown, no corner you get talked into.

From first call to final invoice.

Try it on your own price book. Your quotes go out branded and payable, and nothing is charged for two weeks.
